Worse service at Spur Emperors Palace.

Very disappointed with the service at Spur Emperors Palace, On Sunday 12/09/26 my colleague and I came to order 6 takeaway meals for our team. We informed the waiter that 2 meals would be paid with a business card and 4 meals would be paid with Emperors Palace vouchers. The waiter who assisted us then informed us that he would not receive any tips from the voucher payments and demanded that we pay him a cash tip for the 4 voucher meals. He proceeded to refuse to bill the 4 meals together and insisted that each meal must be paid for separately, mind you the vouchers were in batches of R250 each. Throughout the interaction, he kept stating that he was doing us a favour by serving us because he would not benefit from the order. This behaviour was unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I might not know the agreement between spur and Emperors Palace but a customer should never be made to feel guilty for using a valid payment method, nor be pressured for tips.
