Worse service

<p>I am at spur in durban spar. I have been waited to be serived for over 20mins and customers after me have been served. I'mnot sure if its skin colour but the opposite race is being served before me. Its 8pm and i am hungry. I ask a waiter to help me but in return i get a reply we are busy please wait. After 20mins im sure waiting more won't hurt....really?????buck up on your service levels spur</p>
