Worse manager ever

I'm very sad to inform that we went to the Spur at the wind mill casino in Bloemfontein on the 18th of September 2017. Every shooter we wanted to order was out of stock and could only give jagermister and ciders was out of stock and I as a woman had to drink beer that was wasted as it was warm. Starters we wanted to order was also a problem. The waiter Joseph tried so hard to find a way to help us and felt very bad that nothing was in stock. We called for the manager and was even more chocked the Charles was highly unprofessional as he was hanging on our tabel and had a very bad attitude when we asked him about the situation his reply was rude "what's what we have " and walked away as we were highly offended but his attitude the waither tried to apologized and we tried to order a milkshake for my child as a take away it was also refused...... At that point my husband got upset gave te waiter a tip and refused to pay the bill and confronted the manager again and got an even worse attitude from him. Even humiliated us when security was called for the R100 bill. That spur was my go to place almost every weekend for me and my child and I sorry to say I will never go there again.
