Worse Experience and manager

Northmead Spur Benoni!!! Where do I even begin? We get there on the 16th of June the lady takes our order, we tell her we too hungry so she took drinks and meals orders at once, we wait forever until we ask her where is our order she then tell us that a gentleman will take over, we noticed tears in her eyes then we ask why she then explained that she hadn’t punched in our drinks order now the management thinks she was *****ing the drinks, we then asked Brian the manager who was extremely rude to us which I feared for the lady’s job. Our orders got mixed up, veges were not even fresh anymore. The worst experience , I would plead for Noziphiwe’s job to be spared, Brian was unnecessarily rude towards her because he is her manager.
