Worse experiance ever

I don't usually do this but I just felt as if I need to make people aware of a few things when they decide to host a birthday party at Spur. On 27-10-2018 I hosted my sons 3rd Bday party at spur Grandwest, Apon arrival the table was not prepared fully, when asking the waiter where the balloons are I was told that they were out of balloons something that my son really looks forward to, I then speak to the manager and he could organize me balloons, When my cake arrived I could not bring my cake in as the security did not have my name on the list. 2 waiters was appointed to my tables but was more confused then anything else, My Ribs I Ordered was so burnt to the point where it was bitter and awful I then called the waiter and the replaced my rib with a baby rib which wasn't must better. When it came to paying they rounded all my guest food to one bill which caused a major confusion because at the end of the day I had to pay in a extra R100 that wasn't deducted on the bill.

I did not have a good experience fir what had to be a memorable day.
