Worm in tomato in salad

I have placed an order with Mr D at Spur Manitoba Durbanville, last night. I’ve ordered a salad with the steak. When eating my salad I’ve find a worm in the tomato! It really disgusts me and left me with zero appetite!! This is totally unacceptable!!
