On the 26th of March 2017 at around 8.30AM which was a Sunday I came to your restaurant. I enterd the restaurant. Emily had asked me if she could serve me breakfast with the greatest and utmost respect care and mannerism. I then rep**** yes please and thank you. She then stated it would be her absolute pleasure to serve me that fine morning. She welcomed me with a great big smile. I then felt at home. She sat me down at the table I always like to sit at. She took my order for the breakfast meal. When she served me I was totally WOWED and truly amazed by her service. She took utmost care of getting my order right first time around. I was then truly amazed by her customer service. I would love to place on your Management and Human Resources HR records that I as a regular customer would love for Emily to by kindly moved higher in terms of her position at your restaurant.
