Will never visit a Spur Restaurant

I have always advertised Appaloosa Spur (at Alzu) as the only Spur with good service. This morning we walked out after 60 minutes of the worse service I have experienced at any restaurant!! We waited 20 minutes for a drinks order, after waiting 15 minutes for the waiter to take our order. (Note: We have been at this Spur when they were really busy today we had open tables around us). The only time we saw a manager was after informing the waiter that we will only wait 2 more minutes for our food, which was more than an hour after entering the restaurant. Telling us that we need not pay for the drinks does not make up for this pathetic service, we will now go out of our way to avoid Spur Restaurants0
