I am absolutely furious about the experience we had at your store ,We hosted a birthday party, and the level of service we received was completely unacceptable.Waiters were clueless

- There were no cups available for the kids; drinks it was served in coffee cups! Are you serious? - The soft drink machine was out of order. Unbelievable! - kids drinks received a hour after the food came out ,unexceptable - Our food was significantly delayed — some adult meals never even arrived, despite being ordered over two hours earlier. This is outrageous! - Orders were mixed up and incorrect. How hard can it be to get a simple order right? - We had insufficient table space for the group we booked in advance. This is basic planning! IF YOU CANT DO IT RIGHT DONT DO IT AT ALL - Kids' meals were paid for, but the included ice cream was never served. This is beyond ridiculous!refund expected!!

I planned this day for children, and instead, it turned into a stressful, embarrassing, and completely disorganized disaster.If your venue cannot handle the number of guests booked, then you should not accept the reservation in the first place.

Everyone is a store manager when Shi#t hits the fan but no one does anything to resolve it ,i expect feedback the owners details as well , including compensation for the meals and items i paid for but never received.My level of Rudeness is not as bad as the service.

Kid-friendliness Inside play arear, no ventilation smells so bad inside there its a shame really.
