Wichita Spur does not care about you as a customer

I ordered a banana milkshake for delivery… the milkshake was delivered more than half empty with no sign of spillage. As a result it was obvious it was not a mistake by the driver but rather the restaurant itself.

I phone in to make my concern known and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Collin. He said to me currently there was nothing he could do unless I was prepared to collect it!

Disgustingly unprofessional way of rectifying a situation and I will never return to Wichita Spur Eastgate. Collin you have tarnished the Spur name for me
