Why come to work to be morbid.

Saturday morning my sister and I decided to take my son and her in laws out for a quick breakie. And let me tell you I am a huge spur breakfast fan. I have been to almost 60% of the spurs for breakfast and I have had great service each time. BUT I went to Topeka spur in KC. Firstly our waiter did not introduce himself to any of us. Then when another guest came he almost got upset. Then when it was time to pay i gave him my spur card. We got up to pay at the desk and i said i will use one voucher, and he irritably says you should of told me when you gave the card. UHM I ALWAYS GET ASKED DO I WANT TO MAKE USE OF A VOUCHER!!!! Then the MORBID lady doing the payment didn't greet , didn't say thank you. DIDN'T even bother to look up at us and just grabbed my card from me. I HAVE NEVER had such a bad experience. This is why i never go to this spur. I am so disappointed. I would be embarrassed that this is your employees bringing down your name. I mean Plumstead spur on Wednesday morning even asked if i want cream on my milkshake. Cause they make an effort!!!!
