Why?

<p>In June we called spur Broadacres for a birthday dinner delivery, before they could hear my husband's order out they said that they do not deliver to our area so we cut call and had to order food from elsewhere. Today I called and they delivered. And the driver didn't have change to give me because he said they do not give change, but said he has a speed point, but I had cash... so I had to say ok it's fine.</p>
