Whole Atmosphere was very depressing and cold

Took my family to the Spur at Heathway Centre in Cresta, last night to celebrate our Grandsons 9th birthday. We found and experienced bad Service and food not up to standard, ie:- My wife asked which Steak was more tender, and she was told Sirloin. The "meat" was not tender, and very chewy and she could not finish eating it. Food was cold and burnt and had to be sent back and in general the whole Atmosphere was very depressing and cold, that we could not wait to get out the Spur. Very disappointing
