Where is the common sense

On Saturday morning, I decided to go for a breakfast with my friend and my toddler. From the start it was just a disaster. I asked for coffee and a cream soda for my kid. We had to wait for about 15 Min's for it to arrive, our table was never cleaned eg: dirty cups etc were just left on our table after we had asked for a coffee refill,we eventually started putting out dirty dishes on the next table, when we ordered our breakfast we got two slices of toast with one butter, my toddler was given three knifes but no fork to eat with. I asked for 2x chicken livers, we eventually it after we had finished our breakfast. It had two small pieces of liver and the rest was filled up with sauce. I asked for soft eggs, I landed up with hard eggs. When the waiter did eventually come round, he leaned all over us which was't very pleasant. Everything about that morning was unacceptable. I highly recommend you train your staff properly and serve decent size portions.
