What’s ur the point of having a manager on duty

My better half and I decided to take a short left to the bela bela warmbaths and we experience nothing but disgrace of a meal and service from the Spur.

We arrived at the restaurant and the waiters seemed confused and not bothered as they couldn’t wait for the shift to end.

We were seated down to a dirt table and other tables surrounding us were beyond dirty to a point I even took imagines for proof. We called the manager and when he arrived he seemed so annoyed and he was also not bothered. Not even an apology for the experience instead he walked pass the tables and didn’t even pick up a plate but he instructed his waiters to do so- which they did afterwards.

One waiter came to clean his session while we were eating and he used some strong cleaning spray which should not be used among customers and even worse when they are eating. My ribs where like I was having an oxtail as they were falling of the bone due to them been over cooked. My cooldrink was also bad, I ordered ‘ passion fruit and lemonade’ but it tasted bad. I do not know what passion fruit mix it was used.

I am beyond disappointed as this place in a holiday destination and I was expecting nothing but top service and a positive experience .
