What went wrong with Spur

After not being out for supper in a while, my hubby and I decided to go to Silver Cloud Spur in Port Elizabeth, because he wanted spare ribs. What a bad experience for him it was, sent ribs back twice and he landed up only eating distasteful veggies and onion rings. The Spur was once the best place to go to for ribs. They didn't charge us for it, but he went home hungry, even though they offered him something else instead. He was just to weary to try something in case it wasn't good. When he got outside and speaking to car guard, he confirmed that plenty of customers leave spur unsatisfied.
