What an awesome experience-great manners

Hi guys,<br> <br> I'm sad to say that I cant remember the person name that assisted us as it has taken me a while to write this compliment. Maybe it can be traced on a family card?<br> <br> I was not completely happy with the portion size of the food that came out(as having a 3 year old we go to spur about 3 times a month and I know what the foodd should look like :) ). The manager assisted immediately and replaced the food-No questions. Her sole purpose was to keep me happy and replace the food as soon as possible.<br> <br> After I had paid the bill and tipped the waiter for his brilliant service(which you dont find at most places these days)- I was stunned by the waiter's reply. \Thank you for the tip sir. I really do appreciate it. I hope you and your family have a wonderful evening."The waiter was so kind in his reply.<br> <br> It is a pity that I cant remember his name.
