What a Mess Up

My Wife ,Myself and five friends decided to have Supper at Spur Claremont. <br> <br> We ordered our meals at 9pm.<br> Repeatedly we asked the staff where the meals were and was re-assured its on its way.<br> <br> 930pm,945pm,10pm,and eventually food arrived about 1015pm.<br> <br> It arrived in dribs and drabs ( 3 people got their food the others waited another 20 min for food and had to ask the manager on duty to step in to get the food)<br> <br> Drinks came when the meal was done as we could see it standing in the drink station for a while.<br> My food had no Salad and it arrived 1030pm ( I ordered a beef cheddar melt schnitzel)<br> Some people had no salad with their meals.<br> I could not eat as we had a babysitter will 1030 i had to take a takeaway.<br> Some one had to ask for the texan sauce for her mushroom as that was her order and they brought her plain ones.<br> <br> Tables that came after us , same amount of people,were fully served and had their food before us and we had the same waiter.<br> <br> The manager took my details and said he will get his manager to call me and no one did.<br> <br> I understand it was a busy time, but i frequent Spur on a very very Regular basis and have seen more people than that evening and the food was never lat
