What a great Manager
I visited Falcon Falls Spur at Clearwater Mall in Johannesbrug last week with my sister & brother-in-law. Despite living the other side of town, they insist on coming to this Spur for breakfast because of the bread used for toast!! :) My brother-in-law asked if he could purchase a loaf of their bread as he was going on a motorbike rally. Julian Ingram went out of his way - brought us a loaf, charged us at cost and even packed it for us. What service!!! Every time I visit my family in Joburg I insist of going there! Well done Julian, you understand what true customer service is all about. On a previous visit a couple of years ago, they went out to Pick'Pay and bought a bottle of marmalade for me to use, as they had run out. This is the best Spur I have ever visited.
