Well Done to Francios' Spur Dakota 9( Northgate)

Good Day to you all<br> <br> We had supper with my husband on Tuesday, but something upset my tummy ,so I just speculated that it could have been the burger. I only managed to get in touch with the restaurant, around 1500hours the next day and guess who I spoke to, Francios who happened to be the owner, Wow he explained to me that they are reasons I could have had a tummy ache, But he did not waste time , telling me that he has been the new owner for the past year, how he values customers, how much he has high value for hygiene, hospitality background etc , He quickly rectified the issue, offered us a tour in his restaurant when we would go there and to have a courtesy meal. He's attitude is really great , When people say that customer service is long gone, I will beg to differ, We went with my husband, there was e manager Brian waiting for us as per Francios, Hes service was excellent, we got our meals promptly, Our waiter was Bongani, very good guy too, Vusi , Bernard from the previous day.Very pleasant team. Thank you so much Spur Dakota I shall be your regular customer service you have goes beyond, i believe that behind every successful team there is a great leader. Well Done Sir Franc
