Well Done

Sunday morning comes around after a long week, all I wanna do is go down and enjoy a warm hearty breakfast, the morning goes well until my coffee arrives, I dropped the whole sugar sachet in the cup trying to fish it out a manager walks past and see's whats happened, they refuse for me to drink from the cup and offer to replace without any question. I explained that it was my fault and a replacement was not necessary... a second manager arrives and again is adamant that it's not a problem and they will replace the coffee, feeling a little sheepish I agree and as quick as flash a female manageress has another cup at hand, I really did not expect or feel that a replacement was necessary, but am truly grateful for their wonderful hospitality and kind gesture in replacing my cup of coffee. It hasn't just made my day it's made my week, it's made me feel pretty special, and for that I commend Spur and their team of managers, well done...
