Waste of time bad service

I ordered via Mr D Food app. Delivery via app estimated 19:20pm. 20:00pm I receive a email saying Unsuccessful delivery. No call nothing further. I paid with my debit card. My order was accepted by Spur Ottawa Claremont. Now no call to me or email. Never again...
