Wakita Spur... Pathetic
I am very sorry Spur but you won't see me again!! Firstly we had a bad experience with Wakita Spur in Kollonade, North of Pretoria. Our drinks were mixed up, we receive the wrong food, an we waited for about 45 min for food. There were no manager to get hold of to explain why everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I am sorry but i don't have names of the waiter or manager or anything. The waiter were male and very short. They were very busy and I can understand that, but everything went downhill from the time he asked us about our drinks

We went for lunch on Saturday, 2 March 2024, at about 12:30. We sat at table 544 and our waiter were Kate. We ordered our drinks. When we received it, we ordered food. My wife ordered Rump 200 gr and i ordered the 300 gr. The waiter didn't told us that it is only the 200 gr rump that was on special...
And when our food came, we ordered another round of drinks. We started eating, and we saw our steak were not well done like we asked. Her potato were burned and to top all of that we didn't receive our second round of drinks.
All the time we tried to get hold of our waiter but no success. When she brought the bill, guess what, the second round of drinks were on the bill but we didn't receive it. My wife try to talk to the waiter but she walked away. Then finally the manager (Samson) appeared out of thin air
and my wife try to explained to him what went wrong, but he walked away also , and came back with a hot chocolate and a cream soda. While we were already on our way out!!
Ok one clever guy once said : "Are you part of the problem, or can you give me a solution?" Yes I do have a solution... I am a qualified Mentor. Maybe you should start to identify mentors that can help mentoring mentees.
