Waitress walked into me, caused my nail to flip and bleed

We frequented the Spur at Oceans mall on Saturday for breakfast, 24th June.

I went to check on what my little one was going to eat.. As i returned, I noticed a waitress walking towards me... She was looking in another direction, thus having walked into me and tramping my foot.

This caused my right foot big toe nail flip out... Resulting in bleeding. The manager and another wonderful lady brought the first aid kit and we out a gauze to soak the blood. The morning went on ok. They did take my details and I'm awaiting someone's call. My toe nail has bled profusely and I may only be going to the gp next week.

Hoping to hear from them soon. It's rather inconvenient to not be able to walk properly or wear closed shoes due to some persons negligence. Hoping they watch the footage to see what happened.
