Waitress chatting and ignoring customer

<p>Went to the Alaska spur on Sunday evening, we first waited 10 minutes for 2 cold drinks, the order was then taken and 40 minutes later no sign of the waitress or food.</p> <p>We went to the till to pay for the drinks, I was first presented with a bill for the full amount which I refused to pay as we never got the food. At this stage the waitress who was standing chatting to the manager at the till suddenly ran off to the kitchen, it was obvious that she had either not bothered to place the order or just decided that chatting to her friends was far more important. I paid for the drinks and told the manager that I was not satisfied but he was so disinterested it was shocking, It was a case of if you dont like it then leave!!!</p> <p>This is the worst spur in the country, the service is shocking, best part is that the restaurant was almost empty so it wasnt a case of them being busy neither.</p> <p>Obviously business is very good for this lot!!!</p>
