Waitress charged more over my bill amount
Went to spur on 30/01/2016 around 8pm-9pm. Ordered 4 mohark meals, but instead the waitress because shes a *****, decided to charge us the Warrior meal. Unaware of the fact after the meal i paid the bill and gave a R50 tip. Got home and realised no man this bill was just too high...SHE HAD ****MED US because we black im sure. Due to this ******** incident i will NEVER EVER give a tip at any SPUR restaurants anymore, you can thank your ******* fellow employee/ colleague.

All waiters are trained to write down the customers order(s) and repeat it back to ensure that there are no misunderstandings or mishaps. Ideally, when you receive the bill, it is important that it is checked whilst still in store so that any errors can be corrected there and then. Unfortunately, as humans we sometimes make mistakes and this has nothing to do with race, religion or creed.
