Waitress assumes for more expensive item

<p>Spur Musgrave - Waitress Vuyi.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ordered a steak and draught. Waitress asked which steak was needed, 350gram or 500gram but took it upon herself to deliver the 500ml draft, and not the 350ml.</p> <p>The manager Derick agreed with me in that the waitress should have asked, and not assumed. When he then called upon another manager who informs me that the 500ml is the "norm". Whose norm?? Is this a way to make more revenue?</p> <p>I think this is not in line with the CPA! </p>
