Waiting time to get service

We have been seated and after 10 minutes of waiting we got the attention of 1 of the floor managers. He apologised and took our order. After another 5 minutes of waiting the waiter came to our table and introduce him he asked for our order again, because the manager that took our order didn't't remember that we ordered! It is unacceptable.
