Waiting forever to get a table

Spur South Gate , we had to wait close to 40 mins just to get an available table, it was 7 of us . While the rest of the people behind us with 2 or 3 received their table. They tried explaining why we can’t receive a table. Worse the guy at the gate informed someone behind us they were 9 that they had to call and book a table . No incentive nyana to say sorry for waiting long Nothing. next thing we see the crew going straight to some table for burn their bill which we were not informed about and if table chosen by waitress or they just choose a random table . Anyway we spend R2 000 , we could have left but coz we been there for long we just waited . They need to accommodate more groups than having few tables for group of people.
