Waiting for almost an hour for food

Myself, my sister and my mom went to have lunch at spur, sanlam centre, tygerberg. We arrived just before one. The waiter that served us was isaac. We ordered juices for drinks. 2 minutes later we placed our food orders. Which was 3 chiefs platters, 1 was a take away, and 1 200g cheddarmelt steak. We waited for almost an hour for our food to be served. And noticed that customers that came in long after us were served before us. This was so frustrating and eventually when our food arrived we had to take it all as take aways, because time was then against us. I have to mention that my mom asked another waiter to check on our food and in the same time i asked him to call the manager and it never happened. I noticed a surveilance camera right where we were sitting. So you can check the footage, and maybe you will see my face expression and how i stood up to walk out. Im not impressed
