Waiter's treated unfair

Good day, Hope you find this email as important. The core of any Spur are the waiter's. As waiter you set the mood and make them feel welcome. Unfortunate of the situations I had at 2 Spurs working as a waiter. No human being should be treated like that, victimized, embarrassed,humiliated , victimized in front of customers. If you have a contract in place why no warnings/counselling just get chased away?
