Waiter Caught on CCTV Footage *****ing My Phone

I went to spur on the 9th of December 2014. I left the restaurant and after a few minutes noticed that I left my Samsung Galaxy S5 on the seat beside me. I then returned to the store and did not find my phone there. Knowing that I definitely left it there, I demanded to check the CCTV footage as someone obviously found it. I was then told to return the next day as the manager whom has access to the camera footage was not on duty. I returned the next day to check the footage and to my surprise it was one of the waters who picked up a bill fold reached for my phone on the seat, whilst covering the phone with the bill fold and fled. I am still paying this phone off and feel that nothing is being done about this disgusting experience.
