Waited more than 1 hour for food to be served

On Monday 21st September 2015, my wife and I went to Spur at Cascades. We ordered the Monday burger special. We arrived at about 8:15 pm. We waited and waited, but our order failed to arrive. Meanwhile, the manager walked past us 3 or 4 times, and the staff were busy cleaning the tables and floor around us. No one spoke to us. Eventually at about 9:20pm we asked one of the other waiters where our order was. The burgers then arrived. The waiters explained that they had had 2 rugby teams in that night and had run out of the beef burgers.....and they wanted them to be \just right". We were then given a side plate of chips. <br> <br> During our long wait we were not told anything"
