waited for my or 45minutes while i was on luch

visited spur jubilee on my lunch time at eleven and even told my waiter my lunch is 45 minutes and she said it wil take 15minutes to recieve my order. I recieved my food after 45 minutes didnt even manage to eat my food. Worst part it was not busy at all just unfortunate it was lunch time for the waiters and they all ordered burgers thats why my food was late. i was annoyed by the fact that im waiting for my burger but staff is busy parading with burgers about 8 of them. i was sitting at the back they were using the table next to me to eat. i think even the manager ate right infront of me and even finished while i was waiting for my food. My waiter provided good service she even apologised but i could see that i had to wait for the staff to recieve their burger first.
