Waited and waited

So get to Spur in Malmesbury first wait in line for more than 45min all good and well until people walk past you in que chats to the manager and he lets them in. No regard for the other ppl queing. Got in at 8pm ordered immediately and still at 8.59 writing this review have not received food.

Now getting up and leaving. How bad is this service. Clearly you dont have the capacity for more than a certain amount of ppl.

So irritated just waisted 2 hours and still hungry!
