Wait to exhale hunger

Good day.

On the 26/04/2016 @19:50 we arrived at spur in trade route mall. We ordered drinks and food same time, drinks came and we waited for food we waited for food and waited. These a family that came after us that was served with their food before us than we decided to ask what was happening only than people decided to be busy with our order an hour later. We were from kfc to buy my mother Inlaw something for her we didn't even spend 10 min there. The lady 5hay assisted us didn't bother to tell us there was a delay so that we relax, the lady manager dif her rounds but still there was no good. We had to leave hungry and indulge in good that took an 1 for what reason we were not even advised. Maybe we should have went to mall of 5he south or Sandton to get service. Sad, bad and non-satisfactory service. I'm left torn that we will have to enjoy other fast foods services cause Spur left us with trust issues.
