Very upset

Spur suncoast!!! Complete waste of my time! I went to suncoast on my hour and a half decided ok let me go to spur, worse mistakes ever, firstly i explained to the waiter that im on my break and i need to be assured my food will arrive on time(ordered a 200g steak with onion rings), i waited over 50 mins, still no food, i then alerted the waiter he said he completely forgot about my order but he will go check for it, he arrives later, with the correct order but completely cold, please not at that time i have less than 20 mins to finish the meal and get back to my work which is in town, anyway i forced this cold food in my mouth, and i still had to pay for it...really terrible service
