Very unhappy with Customer Service

On the 14/06/2015 my family came and visited from Harties and wanted to go to a Spur. We took them to Kiowa Spur that is according to our (my huband and I) experience the best Spur in Centurion. We eat there on a weekly basis and love their service and food. <br> But to our horror we ordered and received side veggies for our little one (that is now 1 year old) for he loves veggies. My husband decided to take a few bites. After the 3rd bite, he almost broke his tooth for there was a piece of glass in the spinach. We reported it to the manager on duty because this could've been a serious matter. The veggies was after all ordered for the baby. <br> <br> They took our name, number and email address and promised us they are going to have a meeting and get someone to phone us back and until today we are still waiting on feedback.<br> <br> Now that baby didn't get in the glass they felt there is no need in phoning with an explanation or apology.<br> I am very disappointed in the services especially when you ongoing support a place so popular and this is the kind of treatment you receive. <br> After this, I decided to take my family from Harties to Eldoglen Spur for I feel ashamed to have taken them to Kiowa.
