Very uncomfortable environment

I eat in a spur almost every week and spur can check my records based on my rewards cards, but the smokey ridge branch lacks alot of basic service. The waitress that assisted us today was excellent, but the restaurant was terribly uncomfortable due to the Aircon being off on an extremely hot day. The waitress tried to get them to adjust etc and in the end said its the Manager in charge. We asked for him so we could speak to him and he refused to come speak to us. Its extremely hot at the moment and you cant run a well established restaurant like spur with the aircons off and a Manager that refuses to speak to his customers
