Very SLOW

Went to the spur for breakfast this morning and waited a long time to get our food. There was people that got there after us who received their food before us. 2 other tables of people wanted to walk out the one lot of people were there before us and they were also waiting for their food the second lot came in about 10 minutes after us and got their food before us because they claimed they were there a hour and a half yet they got there after us. The service is super slow the manager did apologise and wanted us to wait but by this time we had already lost our appetite and we had our 2 year old with us who was getting miserable for sitting in this hot area.
