Very satisfying service

I went to the Spur in the N1 City mall to have something to eat. I decided on the quesadillas and asked not for chillies in the quack, because I'm allergic to chillies. The waitress (Barbara) brought me 3 times quacqomoulli WITH chillies in. She was very irritated, unfriendly and unhelpful. I sent them back every time, asking NOT to put chillies in. Then she send my food with someone else, and there was still chillies in. I showed the waiter that there was still chillies in there. Then they sent Stanley (one of the floor managers) to me. I explained to him what the problem was. He listened to what I said and immediately turn around and went to the kitchen. The next moment he put the nicest quesadillas with quaqamoulli (without chillies) in front of me. Stanley was very friendly and helpful and wasn't irritated at me once. He definitely deserve a huge compliment for the way he handled my problem. Shirley, the girl that prepared my quesadillas, deserves a big hug for the nicest quesadillas that I ever had at any Spur! Spur should be very proud of staff like Stanley and Shirley, because people like them are the Spur's future!<br>
