Very poor service at Spur Middelburg Mall

We came to have breakfast, was greeted friendly and taken to a table, but then forgotten. After a while, we stopped a waiter passing, asking for a waiter as we were ready to order, but still no waiter showed. Then in came another group that were seated behind us and they were assisted by a waiter instantly. We then got up to leave and when I got to the front, I lodged a complaint but the staff showed no response towards the complaint or tried to rectified it.
