VERY POOR SERVICE

Mexico Spur <br> For a Spur in Canal Walk which is a very upmarket mall this was the WORSE experience ever!<br> I chose this Spur because its a change as I always go to N1 City Spur & it was MY SONS BIRTHDAY.<br> We got slow service, waited 20 minutes to be precise. After the manager noticed i am twiddling my thumbs, he approached me asked me if I've been served and sent a waiter. We then ordered drinks and breakfast meals. When he brought the drinks, we did not have place mats & cutlery, which the waiter noticed and then brought.<br> My husband ordered sunny side up, and got hard fried eggs. When i made the waiter aware of this he said he is first going to bring my kids orders before he fixes the egg problem. My kids breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs looked like the day before and the bacon was not pink but brown colour with some black burn!!!! <br> To top it off, we weren't the only complaints. the lady at the table next to us had a ****** thumb print on her coffee cup just after she scooted a ****roach off her plate!!!<br> I refused to pay for anything and left while my husband explained this to the manager, who decided to join.<br> Customers at 4 tables got up and left. Some did not order yet
