Very poor service

On Saturday the 12/12/2015 I decided to go have a late lunch with my mom and son at the Spur in the East Rand Mall, when we got there no one was at the entrance to great us then a lady came over and asked if she can seat us, so i said yes please and pointed where we would like to sit, she said to just wait as the table has not been cleaned yet and she went to clean it. No once while we were waiting were we asked if we had been served enen the customers behind us were waiting. Finaly we were seated, then to my discuss we were waiting for 15 mins before being served hadnt even been offered a drink didn see 1 waiter, I finally manged to get the attwntion of a waiter and he said he will call someone and we waited some more, so I decided to leave the resrurant as we were clearly not getting help. I requested to see the manager and the waiter i spoke to gave me such a look when i asked for the manager, the manager came over and I explained what happened and he was just as disgussed said he had only given his staff 2 tables but yet they still couldnt do there job and he appologised so told him i wont be back there as this wasnt the first problem.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> One unhappy customer
