Very disappointing experience at Spur Rosebank.

I had a really disappointing experience at Spur Rosebank yesterday. The ribs I was served were not fully cooked, and the wors was also not properly cooked. I immediately raised the issue with the staff, and they took my food back to the kitchen to recook it. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for my food to come back. By the time it was returned, I had completely lost my appetite and no longer wanted to eat. For a restaurant, especially one that serves meat, food being properly cooked should be the bare minimum. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that food is properly checked and cooked before being served to customers.
