Very disappointed in the decline of Spurs standard

Took my family out to lunch yesterday, looking forward to the outing as we have not been able to go for some time. My kids love Spur and was considering arranging both birthday parties there, however, after yesterdays disappointing experience I doubt I'll ever go back. Here follows a short description of what happened:<br> <br> * My 2 kids were not provided with colouring pictures and crayons, I had to ask for it from another waiter as ours was missing in action<br> * Our table was as wobbly as hell, my son was in his baby chair and everytime he moved our drinks went flying<br> * Waiter brought the kids food, didn't come back to check on their food until he brought ours, my drink was empty the whole time, he never asked if he could get me another. My partner eventually called him to get another<br> * As we didn't see our waiter for ages, I called the manager who acknowledged the kids food was shocking, pizza burnt underneath and bone dry and rock hard on top - my daughter was so hungry she ate half of it by the time we got the manager to sort it out. The macaroni, also bone dry and rock hard. <br> * My biggest gripe is that you've taken away the lollipops for the kids, giving a 2yr old hard sweets
