Very Disappointed and Upset!!!

Saturday the 26th of February 2022 we had our son's first birthday party at Spur Columbine Square. This was one of the worst experience ever in all the years eating out at the franchise. The service was very poor from the time we got there till we left. Food and drinks was served late, kids had their meals finished it and drinks got served after. When drinks was ordered it was either warm or room temperature. When the food for adults finally arrived it was cold and some of the food items that goes with the meals was served after they started eating or finished their meals.

I cannot begin to say how P****D I was as this was supposed to be a day of celebration. I cannot remember how many times I complaint to the manager and requested for two waiters as we only had one waiter serving three tables and the amount of people that was. They kept on telling us that the delay was at kitchen yet people that walked in after us ate and left. We where at the restaurant little over 4 hours with a bunch of toddlers. Some of us didn't wanted to order second drinks as it would take half and hour to get to served. Finally after everyone had their cold meals that was served separately the tables had to be cleared and that was not even done. We had to again call for this to be done. The table that was set up for kids I had to get up and clear the table myself with help from my sister to have the ice-cream served and for the birthday cake to be placed. By then I was fuming not wanting to cause a scene. Finally our waitress decide to bring plates that was filthy and I had to give her a few words of ridiculous the service was and on top of that to want to have the kids to have cake on a dirty plate. I am very disappointed as I had never had this type of service at any of the Spur restaurants that I have been to.
