very bad service; terrible food

<p>Arrived for lunch at 12. Sat at table for 20 minutes while waiters stood around in groups chatting. Resaurant was not busy. Had to call a waiter who said our waiter would be along shortly, but took order. Food came 20 minutes later. No onion rings. Very little garnishing. Waiter said she was not aware that onion rings are standard with spur burgers. Went to fetch onion rings. Onion rings were terribe, half raw, definitely not the onion rings of previous visits. Wife had calamari starter. Big mistake. Calamari rubbery, covered in a very white batter. Tasteless. Lemon wedge which accompanied the calamari must have been recycled from previous day. It was dessicated and very , very old. Waiter replaced lemon wedge. At this point, our dining experience was totally unpleasant. Paid bill and left without finishing. Did notice that trhere was no manager on the floor as is the norm in previous visits to the spur.</p>
