Very bad service given!

Ordered Full Wings Portion and Crumbed Mushroom Portion for takeaway at Colorado Spur (Kathu) at about 14:10. Waiter informed me will be ready within 15-20min on Invoice ***2. Went back at 14:40 and order was not ready yet, only started to prepare order when I queried. Received order an hour later and order was prepared in a hurry all mushroom were burnt and dry.
