Very bad service at spur steak ranch in ottery

I arrived at halal spur in ottery, cape town at 10:15am. The Waiter came to take my order but I was on the phone. I ended my call at 10:25am and nobody helped me or checked up on me since then. I got up angry went to reception manager and placed an order. She thought it was for take away but then she told a waiter to attend to me. The restaurant was almost empty with only 7 tables occupied. The Waiter took my order again after I gave it to the manager there was no effective communication between them. The manager reassured me that they making the breakfast because I'm LUCKY that the oil is not drained yet. I was so angry. This type of management is unacceptable. I've had many bad experiences in spur steak ranches but this was the worst because the manager doesn't put the customer first. The Waiter is Terry
